PCW01 – Planting the Seed Seeds of Success – Application AWWA’s M37 Manual- Best Practices for Coagulation, Clarification and Filtration
Sunday September 14, 2025 | 9:00am-5:00 pm – $285/member|$385 non-member
AWWA’s 4th edition of M37 Coagulation, Clarification, and Filtration in Water Treatment will be published in 2025. This manual provided the most recent body of knowledge for optimizing these systems. This workshop will provide utilities, regulators and engineers tools satisfy regulatory and economic constraints in the context of changes in source water quality. Lunch is included in full-day workshops.
PCW02 – Adding Utility Benchmarking to Your Continuous Performance Improvement Toolbox
Sunday September 14, 2025 | 8:00am-12:00pm – $160/member|$260 non-member
This workshop shows utilities how to use benchmarking data from AWWA’s Utility Benchmarking Survey (UBS) to improve performance. Using results from UBS, utilities can focus their efforts on areas with gaps and set improvement targets. The workshop will educate attendees on how to utilize the UBS data as a part of their continuous performance improvement process.
Facility Tour T1 – Southern Regional Water Supply Facility Tour
Sunday September 14, 2025 | 9:00am-12:00pm – $75
Please join us on the tour of the Southern Regional Water Supply Facility (SRWSF) which will explore the resilient and sustainable infrastructure solutions the Orange County Utilities (OCU) have implemented to reduce operational costs and its carbon footprint. The SRWSF serves approximately 80,000 people in the South Water Service Area, which includes four satellite facilities and one booster facility. Water is sourced from the lower Floridian aquifer via eight production wells.
Certificates of Completion
AWWA will provide Certificates of Completion for sessions & workshops. Use the conference Mobile App to track your session attendance by downloading “AWWA Events” from your app store, then entering posted Check-in & Check-out codes at the beginning and conclusion of each session.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: AWWA must receive cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations dated on or before early-bird pricing deadline will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. After the early-bird pricing deadline, cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to service@awwa.org.
