Digital PDF Downloads — Single User

AWWA offers digital downloads (PDF files) for Standards, Manuals, and many of our technical books.

Single-User Licenses
When you purchase the PDF digital download you are purchasing a single-user license to that document. This license is for your use only and cannot be shared in anyway. Read the single-user license agreement.

AWWA digital downloads can be found in the AWWA Store along with our printed products. You can either navigate by listed product types or search the AWWA Store. PDF files are designated as PDFs in the product’s name as well as by their search-result icon.

PDF files are DRM-free and unlocked.

Returns & Refunds

  • ALL returns must be preauthorized by an American Water Works Association Service Representative within 60 days of your purchase/invoice date.
  • A Return Material Authorization number must be provided when item(s) are returned to AWWA.
  • Merchandise that is returned without a Return Material Authorization number will not be refunded or returned.
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition.
  • Software must be in the original package, unopened. The seal must not be broken or removed.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Digital Item Refunds

International Orders

AWWA welcomes orders for its products from anywhere in the world. Payment must be made in US currency. Note that customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs charges assessed by entities other than AWWA.

International Shipping. AWWA will add shipping charges to all orders from the AWWA Store. Shipping charges are calculated at 30% to Canada and 40% everywhere else, of the order total. International shipping for CD-ROMs and DVDs is a flat rate of $15.00. Orders are shipped Foreign Expedite: 5-15 business days for delivery.
