AWWA will provide Certificates of Completion for sessions and workshops. Use the conference mobile app to track your session attendance by entering check-in and check-out codes at the beginning and conclusion of each session.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: AWWA must receive cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations dated on or before early-bird pricing deadline will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. After the early-bird pricing deadline, cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to service@awwa.org.
